1. What We Collect

We collect your business email address (submitted via our waitlist or onboarding form), company name, and the business context you provide during Protocol configuration. We do not collect sensitive personal data beyond what is required to deliver the service.

2. How We Use It

Your information is used solely to configure and deliver your Persona, communicate about your service, and send operational updates. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Message Data

Messages processed through your Persona (emails, screenshots, inbound text) are processed in real time by AI infrastructure and are not stored in our systems beyond the active session. Your Protocol configuration is stored securely and accessible only to you and our team.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Paddle for payment processing (see paddle.com/privacy), Google Analytics (GA4) for anonymous site analytics, and Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. Each operates under their own privacy policies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your business contact information and Protocol configuration for the duration of your engagement plus 12 months. You may request deletion at any time by emailing sofia@getpersona.pro.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. For GDPR requests or CCPA inquiries, contact us at sofia@getpersona.pro. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices. Protocol data is stored with access controls. Payment data is never stored on our servers โ€” Paddle handles all payment security.
