Refund Policy
We stand behind our work. If something isn't right, we fix it. If we can't deliver what we promised, you get your money back.
Setup Fee — $500
The setup fee is refundable in full within 48 hours of payment, before Protocol build begins. Once Protocol build begins (day 3 of engagement), the setup fee is non-refundable as work has commenced.
If we fail to deliver your configured Persona within 14 business days (excluding client-caused delays), you are entitled to a full refund of the setup fee.
Monthly Retainer — $99/mo or $199/mo
The monthly retainer may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice. You will not be charged beyond your notice period. Partial months are not refunded.
If we fail to meet the agreed SLA response time (48h for $99/mo, 24h for $199/mo) on more than 3 occasions in a single billing month, you are entitled to a credit of one month's retainer fee.
How to Request a Refund
Email sofia@getpersona.pro with your order reference and reason. We process refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle.
Disputes
We prefer to resolve issues directly. If you have a concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We respond to all refund requests promptly and fairly.
