What's the difference between Persona and a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions inside a chat widget — it has no identity, no email, no judgment, and resets every conversation. A Persona is a named employee with a real email address, a Protocol that defines how she thinks and decides, memory of your business rules, and the authority to qualify, decline, or escalate on her own. A chatbot replies. A Persona represents you.
What am I actually paying for?
Four things bundled into one License: the idea (a fully-formed AI employee concept, tested and proven), the architecture (the Protocol system that makes her behave consistently and safely), the service (we build, host, and maintain her — you never touch infrastructure), and ongoing support (we keep her current as your business changes). You're not buying software. You're buying a configured outcome.
Is this a real person or AI?
It's AI — configured, named, and trained to represent your business. To the outside world it reads and responds like a sharp human assistant. You control everything it says and does.
Why can't one persona do every role?
Each persona is Protocol-configured for one role only. A gatekeeper thinks differently to a sales agent. Mixing roles dilutes both. Focused personas perform better — and you can add more as you grow.
Is it legal to use a persona like this?
Yes. AI personas handling B2B communications are legally sound in the US, EU, and Israel. The persona never signs contracts, agrees to financial terms, or misrepresents itself in regulated contexts.
How long does setup take?
14 business days from intake form to live handover. Week 1 is Protocol build and review. Week 2 is QA, testing, and your 1:1 onboarding session.*

Can it send real emails under the persona's name?
Yes. Your persona gets a real email address at your domain. Emails are drafted, you approve, and they send — from that address, in that name. Replies come back to an inbox you control.
Does it work with WhatsApp?
Currently via screenshot-to-draft — drop a screenshot of any WhatsApp message, the persona reads it and drafts the reply. Direct WhatsApp API integration is on the roadmap.
What's included in the monthly retainer?
Protocol updates, tone adjustments, troubleshooting, QA re-runs, and a monthly performance review. Response within 48h on $99/mo, 24h on $199/mo. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep everything. The persona name, Protocol configuration, and email setup transfer to you on exit. You own the asset. We just maintain it.
